Keyflow in the early era of smartphones

Challenge: Nightlife organizers and their guests lacked a unified digital tool to manage events and communication, leading to fragmentation and poor experiences on mobile/web.

Solution: I led design and interaction work across mobile and web, creating a cohesive experience with clean UI, intuitive flows, and visual consistency. I collaborated closely with development to ensure designs were implementable and user-friendly.

Outcome: The platform launched successfully and scaled to 30+ cities worldwide, helping event organizers and attendees connect more reliably.

What I Learned: This early project taught me the importance of building with constraints, iterating fast, and aligning UI decisions with technical feasibility. The foundations I laid influenced my continued emphasis on design systems and end-to-end UX thinking.
